利用規約 / Terms of Use

本規約は、MNMC（以下「当方」）が提供するアプリ「Prime Catcher（素数キャッチャー）」およびウェブサイト mnmc.app（以下「本サービス」）の利用条件を定めるものです。本サービスを利用された時点で、本規約に同意したものとみなします。

These Terms govern your use of the “Prime Catcher” app and the website mnmc.app (the “Service”) provided by MNMC (“we”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

本アプリには買い切りの App内課金があります。課金・返金は購入元ストア（App Store / Google Play）の規約に従います。販売条件の詳細は 特定商取引法に基づく表記 をご覧ください。

The App offers one-time in-app purchases. Billing and refunds follow the terms of the store where you purchased (App Store / Google Play). See our legal notice for terms of sale.

本サービスの不正利用、リバースエンジニアリング、スコアやランキングの不正操作、他者の権利を侵害する行為、法令に違反する行為を禁止します。利用者が掲載する名前、メッセージ、リンクその他の内容には、違法、有害、不適切な内容または第三者の権利を侵害する内容を含めてはならず、アプリ内に示す掲載基準に適合する必要があります。当方は、これらに適合しない内容またはリンク先を掲載拒否、非公開または削除できるものとします。

You may not misuse the Service, reverse-engineer it, manipulate scores or rankings, infringe others' rights, or violate any law. Names, messages, links, and other content submitted for display must not contain unlawful, harmful, or inappropriate material or infringe any third party's rights, and must comply with the posting standards shown in the App. We may reject, hide, or remove any content or linked destination that does not comply with these requirements.

本サービスは現状有姿で提供されます。当方は、当方の故意または重大な過失による場合を除き、本サービスの利用により生じた損害について責任を負いません。当方の軽過失により損害が生じた場合の賠償は、その損害が生じた月にお客様が当方に支払った金額を上限とします。オンライン機能は予告なく変更・停止する場合があります。

The Service is provided “as is.” Except in cases of our willful misconduct or gross negligence, we are not liable for damages arising from your use of the Service. If we are liable due to our ordinary negligence, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the month in which the damage occurred. Online features may change or be discontinued without notice.

本規約は日本法に準拠します。本サービスに関する紛争は、当方の所在地を管轄する裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄とします。

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Disputes relating to the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court having jurisdiction over our location as the court of first instance.

素数好きサポーター・素数好きマスターで選べる数字は早い者勝ちで、同じ数字を複数の方が持つことはありません。掲載した名前・一言・リンクは、アプリ内と公式サイトのスペシャルサンクスに表示します。第3条に反する内容は、事前の通知なく非公開または削除することがあり、この場合も代金は返金しません（ストアの返金の決まりによるものを除きます）。お客様がアプリの「データを削除」を行うと掲載は削除され、選んだ数字は他の方が選べる状態に戻ります。購入を復元しても、数字・一言・リンクは戻りません。

Numbers chosen with Prime Fan or Prime Master are first come, first served; no two people hold the same number. Your name, message and link are shown on the Special Thanks screen in the App and on the website. Content that violates Section 3 may be hidden or removed without notice, and no refund is given in that case (except under the store's refund policy). If you use “Delete my data” in the App, your listing is deleted and your number becomes available to others. Restoring purchases does not bring back your number, message or link.

当方は、法令に従い本規約を変更することがあります。変更する場合は、変更後の内容と効力が生じる日を、効力が生じる日より前に本サイトに掲示します。

We may change these Terms in accordance with applicable law. If we do, we will post the new Terms and their effective date on this website before they take effect.
