利用規約 / Terms of Use

本規約は、MNMC（以下「当方」）が提供するアプリ「Prime Catcher（素数キャッチャー）」およびウェブサイト mnmc.app（以下「本サービス」）の利用条件を定めるものです。本サービスを利用された時点で、本規約に同意したものとみなします。

These Terms govern your use of the “Prime Catcher” app and the website mnmc.app (the “Service”) provided by MNMC (“we”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

本アプリには買い切りの App内課金があります。課金・返金は購入元ストア（App Store / Google Play）の規約に従います。販売条件の詳細は 特定商取引法に基づく表記 をご覧ください。

The App offers one-time in-app purchases. Billing and refunds follow the terms of the store where you purchased (App Store / Google Play). See our legal notice for terms of sale.

本サービスの不正利用、リバースエンジニアリング、スコアやランキングの不正操作、他者の権利を侵害する行為、法令に違反する行為を禁止します。

You may not misuse the Service, reverse-engineer it, manipulate scores or rankings, infringe others' rights, or violate any law.

本サービスは現状有姿で提供されます。当方は、法令で許容される範囲において、本サービスの利用により生じた損害について責任を負いません。オンライン機能は予告なく変更・停止する場合があります。

The Service is provided “as is.” To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damages arising from your use of the Service. Online features may change or be discontinued without notice.

本規約は日本法に準拠します。本サービスに関する紛争は、当方の所在地を管轄する裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄とします。

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Disputes relating to the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court having jurisdiction over our location as the court of first instance.
