プライバシーポリシー / Privacy Policy

MNMC（以下「当方」）は、当方が提供するモバイルアプリ「Prime Catcher（素数キャッチャー）」（以下「本アプリ」）およびウェブサイト mnmc.app におけるお客様の情報の取り扱いについて、以下のとおりプライバシーポリシー（以下「本ポリシー」）を定めます。

MNMC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) provides this Privacy Policy describing how we handle your information in our mobile application “Prime Catcher” (the “App”) and on the website mnmc.app.

本アプリは、お客様の氏名・住所などの情報をご本人から直接お預かりすることはありません。当方は、本アプリの運営に必要な範囲で、以下の情報を取得・利用します。多くは利用する第三者サービスを通じて取得されます。

The App does not ask you to provide personal identifiers such as your real name or home address. We collect and use the following information to the extent necessary to operate the App — most of it through the third-party services we use.

なお、当方は Firebase を使用していません。

本アプリは、以下の第三者サービスを利用しており、各サービスはそれぞれのプライバシーポリシーに従って情報を取り扱います。詳細は各社のポリシーをご確認ください。

The App uses the following third-party services, each of which handles information under its own privacy policy. Please review their policies for details.

上記の第三者サービスの利用に伴い、お客様に関する情報が日本国外（米国等）のサーバーで処理・保存される場合があります。当方は、適用される法令に従って情報を取り扱います。EU/EEA・英国からの個人データを域外へ移転する場合は、標準契約条項（SCC）等の適法な移転措置を用います（各処理者のデータ処理契約に基づく）。

Because we use the third-party services above, information about you may be processed and stored on servers outside Japan (e.g., in the United States). We handle such information in accordance with applicable laws. Where personal data from the EU/EEA or UK is transferred outside those areas, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) under each processor's Data Processing Agreement.

当方は、利用目的の達成に必要な期間、情報を保存します。オンラインランキングやスペシャルサンクスに関連して保存されたデータの削除をご希望の場合は、[email protected] までご連絡ください。アプリ内のニックネーム等、対象を特定できる情報を添えてご連絡いただくと、本人確認のうえ速やかに削除します。

We retain information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described above. To request deletion of data stored for the online ranking or Special Thanks, contact [email protected]. Please include details that identify your records (such as your in-app nickname); after verification we will delete the relevant data promptly.

お住まいの地域の法令（EU/EEA・スイスの GDPR 等を含む）に応じて、お客様はご自身の情報へのアクセス・訂正・削除・処理の制限・異議申立て等を求める権利を有する場合があります。これらの行使をご希望の場合は [email protected] までご連絡ください。

Depending on the laws of your region (including the GDPR in the EU/EEA and Switzerland), you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to the processing of your information. To exercise these rights, contact [email protected].

本アプリは一般向け（12+/13+）であり、子供向けカテゴリを対象としていません。当方が13歳未満（または各地域で定める年齢未満）の子どもから意図的に個人情報を収集することはありません。

The App is intended for a general audience (12+/13+) and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or the relevant age in your region).

当方は、必要に応じて本ポリシーを変更することがあります。重要な変更がある場合は、本ページ上で告知します。改定後の本ポリシーは本ページに掲載した時点で効力を生じます。

We may update this Policy from time to time. We will post material changes on this page. The revised Policy takes effect when posted here.
